Report out-of-state traffic convictions

You must notify your state driver licensing agency within 30 days if you are convicted of a traffic violation in another state, except for parking violations. This requirement applies no matter what type of vehicle you were driving at the time of the violation.

Report changes to your driving status

You must notify your employer if your license is suspended, revoked, or canceled, or if you are disqualified from driving.

License Suspension

Any driver suspended or expired for more than 5 years will start the license process over as a new driver with a permit.
