Public Parking is available for personal vehicles only on the 1st floor of the east wing parking structure.​​​

A picture ID is required to enter the building to access the One Stop Shop.

  • ​​​​REBUILT APPLICATIONS (Will not be processed on the day of receipt):

    • ​Drop Off boxes available at KYTC on the 1st Floor Entrance or 2nd Floor at the One Stop Shop

    • Applications will be processed in the order they are received.


  • ​​​​TITLE HISTORY REQUESTS:

    • ​Drop Off boxes available at KYTC on the 1st Floor Entrance or 2nd Floor at the One Stop Shop

    • Applications will be processed within 3 to 5 business days


  • ​​SPEED TITLES:

    • ​Speed Titles are processed through your local County Clerk’s Office.

    • ​Applications will be mailed to the applicant.​

MOTOR CARRIERS

​​Before you visit or drop off at the One Stop Shop, please review the services below as operating hours, services and processes have changed. We also provide a drop-off box in the main lobby.

​ Walk-In Services Offered

We will assist you with obtaining your credentials and tax filings online at our customer kiosk. 

  • ​IRP– IRP plates are mailed in order to verify the established place of business as defined by the IRP articles of agreement

    • New IRP accounts are drop-off only

    • Ensure to visit the IRP page to obtain a list of all required documents for a new IRP account

    • Verify your Federal authority (DOT) is active. We do not have access to update your federal status

    • Account requests are processed in the order received; allow up to 14 business days for review/processing

    • An incomplete or inaccurate request will be rejected back to the customer corrections
