Visit your vision specialist for a TC 94-202 form, then renew online or by mail. Compare these options HERE.

Regional Office + Renew Online

Get a vision screening at no cost at any Regional Office and receive a one-time passcode to use to renew online at DLRenewal.Ky.gov.

Regional Office + Renewal Form

Get a vision screening at no cost at any Regional Office, request a renewal form to complete and submit. You will receive a temporary license by email.

You’ll need to visit a Regional Office to complete your renewal.
