Kentucky requires all towing and storage companies to obtain an official Towing and Storage Certificate from the Division of Motor Carriers. The requirements include a $250 fee, a Form E insurance certificate, and a uniform rate sheet. Apply electronically using the Motor Carrier Portal Towing-Storage Page.
