If you currently hold an active KY Intra for-hire certificate:

If you registered your company as a “tow company” when you obtained your KY Intra for-hire, you need only to upload your rate sheet. Your information will be migrated to the new format.

If you are registering for the first time, the requirements will be:

$250 certificate fee
$10 vehicle fee (applicable to intrastate carriers only)
Form E Insurance submitted
Uploading of Rate Sheet
