All Towing and Storage companies (Private and For-Hire) are required (per KRS, Chapter 281) to obtain a Towing and Storage Certificate from the Division of Motor Carriers.
Deployment of the portal will allow companies to register and renew their certificate.
The requirements will be:
• $250 certificate fee
• Annual renewal
• Form E Insurance submitted
• Uploading of Rate Sheet
